All Level Yoga with Cynthia Burr

Registration for this series will begin on Wednesday, April 24th. 

This four-week series is intended for beginners to advanced yogis with a focus on a slow pace that will allow students to lengthen and strengthen their bodies. Students will practice connecting their body movements and breath while learning to be mindful of reducing stress and increasing flexibility. Each session will include ample time for warm-up and a variety of poses.

Participants will need to bring their own yoga mat.
